Before you submit

Answers are saved to our server as you go, including unfinished quizzes and contact details you enter. This lets you resume in the same browser tab and helps us understand where the quiz can improve. Saved answers are encrypted and visible only to our authorised administrator. Unsubmitted drafts are kept for up to 30 days after their last update. Choosing Start again clears the saved draft when connected. Email, Telegram notifications and meeting reservations happen only after you review and submit the request. Choice selections and a random quiz identifier are kept in this browser tab; contact details and free text are not stored in browser storage. Secure first-party cookies protect access to your saved draft.

When you submit

We receive your name, email, company, role, project answers, optional comments and selected meeting slot. We use them to assess your project, send a confirmation and contact you about this inquiry. You are not subscribed to a marketing list.

Notifications and storage

Resend processes the confirmation sent to you and the notification sent to our team. An inquiry summary is sent to the team’s existing Telegram account. Submitted answers are encrypted in the server database. We keep inquiries for up to 180 days, unless an ongoing engagement requires a separate record. Email and Telegram copies are also subject to those services’ retention and our handling of the correspondence.

Meeting requests

The quiz shows slots from our availability schedule and removes times already requested or confirmed. Submitting reserves your chosen slot while we review the inquiry. We confirm the meeting and send the link by email. We require advance notice and keep a gap between meetings. This schedule is not connected to Google or Outlook calendars.

Technical information

We record first-party quiz sessions, viewed/completed steps, answer changes, validation errors, page-exit signals and elapsed step time. Reports show session counts and aggregate selected choices; private draft details are separate. We retain a coarse viewport category and size, optional campaign labels and the referring website domain, without its page path or query. We do not send this information to advertising or analytics providers. Unfinished sessions that have been inactive for 30 minutes are labelled inactive, not assumed lost customers. Test traffic is excluded by default. A hashed network identifier is used temporarily for rate limits. Hosting may retain standard request logs. Answers are sent in request bodies, never in URLs. Submitted request records and their session history are kept for up to 180 days.
