Questions, resources & enrollment

When you use the course chat, we store your question, name, phone number, email and permission to contact you. We send the enquiry to Ion through the existing private Telegram bot, so a person can reply by email or phone. This is a contact request, not an instant live chat or marketing subscription. Questions and contact details are retained for up to 180 days.

When you request a resource, we store your email, selected resource, consent and download count. We email the requested link using Resend and notify Ion through the existing private Telegram bot. This does not subscribe you to marketing.

If you separately request course updates, we store your email and consent status and send an email-confirmation link. Only confirmed subscribers receive updates. Each update includes an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing does not cancel requested resource delivery or enrollment messages.

Stripe handles payment information. We store payment status and enrollment contact details, and send payment notifications to Ion by email and Telegram. We do not store card details.

Resource requests and delivery logs are retained for up to 180 days. Enrollment and transaction records are retained as needed to deliver the course and maintain business records. Email imosnoi@smartaitomation.com to request access, correction or deletion.
