This Privacy Policy explains how ShortsBlink collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use https://shortsblink.com.

Who We Are

ShortsBlink is operated by BillHeap Technology SRL ("Company", "we", "our", "us").

Data We Collect

Depending on how you use the service, we may collect account details (email, username), usage data, uploaded media, scheduling metadata, and technical logs (IP/device/browser information).

How We Use Data

We use data to provide and improve the service, authenticate users, process subscriptions, support publishing workflows, detect abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

If you request the free iOS Ideas preview, we use the email address and consent you provide to unlock the preview and send one iOS Builder Brief per day for five days. Each message includes a link to the paid research pack and an unsubscribe link. Preview access does not require an account.

Third-Party Services

ShortsBlink may interact with third-party services (for example TikTok, YouTube, Stripe, Resend, and cloud infrastructure providers) to deliver core functionality. Resend processes the preview email address and message-delivery data for the five-message series. Those providers process data under their own policies.

Analytics and Advertising Measurement

We use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to understand page visits, product views, checkout starts, verified purchases, and file-download actions, and to measure advertising performance. These providers may process pseudonymous browser or device identifiers, IP-derived information, page paths, referrer or campaign information, and event timestamps under their own policies.

We do not intentionally add your checkout email, uploaded content, or private iOS Ideas access link to analytics event properties. The iOS Ideas page removes the private Stripe session identifier from the browser URL before analytics loads and uses a one-way transaction identifier for purchase deduplication. Browser privacy controls, content blockers, and the providers' advertising controls may limit this tracking.

For the iOS Ideas offer, we also keep first-party session analytics to improve the landing pages, preview, checkout and email sequence. This can include random visitor and session identifiers, campaign parameters, advertising campaign, ad-set and ad identifiers, placement, and pseudonymous Meta or Google click identifiers, referrer host, coarse country supplied by our infrastructure, device type, browser, operating system, preferred language, time zone, screen and viewport size, page and button interactions, search length (not the search text), filter selections, scroll depth, time engaged, checkout and purchase state, and email delivery, open and click events. Email opens may be generated by privacy proxies and are treated as directional rather than exact. We use a keyed one-way IP hash for session correlation and abuse control; the analytics dashboard does not store the raw IP address, card number, form keystrokes, or email contents. Consented lead email addresses remain in the separate delivery record and can be associated with their private session for support and conversion analysis. First-party session events are retained for up to 400 days unless a shorter period is required.

Data Retention

We retain data for as long as needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet system is completely secure.

Your Rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. You can stop the iOS Builder Brief sequence at any time through the unsubscribe link in every message; queued messages are cancelled while your preview remains available.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised policy.
