ShortsBlink is operated by BillHeap Technology SRL ("Company", "we", "our", "us").
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes, and not to upload, publish, or distribute content that infringes rights, violates platform rules, or breaches applicable law.
You are responsible for maintaining account security and for all activity performed through your account. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, or policy violations.
Our service integrates with third-party platforms such as TikTok and YouTube. Your use of those integrations is also subject to each platform's own terms and policies.
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing presented in the app. Unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
