Agreement and eligibility
By downloading, accessing, or using BariPace, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must be legally able to accept these Terms and meet the App Store age requirements in your region.
Personal timing tool - not medical care
BariPace provides user-controlled timers, cues, hydration reminders, session history, and personal exports. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, meal plans, calorie counting, clinical monitoring, emergency services, or a patient-provider relationship.
You are responsible for selecting timing appropriate for you and following qualified professional guidance. BariPace does not prescribe a hydration interval and never prevents you from drinking. Stop using the timer and seek qualified medical help when symptoms, urgent concerns, or your care team's instructions require it.
Free and Premium features
Free features may include the basic Eat and Pause timer and limited recent history. Premium may include hydration automation, full history, private notes, additional cue patterns, and PDF or CSV export. We may improve, replace, add, or remove features, subject to applicable law and App Store requirements.
Apple auto-renewable subscriptions
Premium may be offered as weekly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions. Prices, currencies, taxes, trial eligibility, and offers are shown in the App Store purchase sheet and may vary by storefront. The purchase sheet controls if it differs from other materials.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm a purchase.
- A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Apple may charge the renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription in Apple Account subscription settings.
- Restore Purchases restores eligible entitlements associated with the same Apple Account.
- Redeem Offer Code opens Apple's redemption flow where available.
Free trials and offers
An annual plan may include a seven-day introductory trial only when Apple reports that your account is eligible. Unless canceled before the trial ends, it converts to the paid subscription shown in the purchase sheet. Unused trial time may be forfeited when you purchase another subscription where Apple rules allow.
Refunds
Apple processes purchases and refund requests. Refund eligibility is governed by Apple's policies and applicable law.
Your content and exports
You retain rights in information you enter. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, privacy, and recipients of notes and exports. Review every export before sharing it, use secure destinations, and do not rely on an export as a complete medical record.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse BariPace, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer it except where law permits, use it to violate rights or law, or represent the app as providing medical care. You may use BariPace only for lawful personal purposes under these Terms and Apple's applicable rules.
Availability and warranty disclaimer
BariPace is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent allowed by law. Timers, notifications, Watch transfers, StoreKit, exports, and analytics can be delayed or interrupted by device state, permissions, connectivity, Apple services, or third-party services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or medically suitable operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, BariPace and its provider are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost data, lost profits, health decisions, or reliance on reminders or exports. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination, changes, and contact
You may stop using BariPace at any time. We may suspend or end access for misuse or as required by law. We may update these Terms when the app, subscriptions, providers, or legal requirements change; continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted.
