Transition-focused onboarding
Review age, current nap count, recurring sleep signals, typical wake time, bedtime, and the pace that fits your family.
One rung at a time
NapLadder turns current naps, age, sleep signals, wake time, and bedtime into a practical transition plan that caregivers can review and adjust together.
NapLadder focuses on the difficult stretch when a baby may be ready to move from 4 to 3, 3 to 2, or 2 to 1 naps. It is a planning and diary tool—not a sound player, monitor, medical device, or substitute for a clinician.
Review age, current nap count, recurring sleep signals, typical wake time, bedtime, and the pace that fits your family.
See today’s suggested nap windows and protected bedtime. The plan moves gradually rather than forcing a sudden schedule change.
Start, finish, or manually add naps, record night wakes and bedtime, and use what actually happened to inform the next day.
Prepare a concise handoff and, if you choose, share the latest version through a private Apple iCloud invitation.
NapLadder uses the transition and pace selected during onboarding together with your diary. A transition is not proven by one difficult day, so review the pattern and use the plan as a flexible suggestion.
Open iOS Settings → Notifications → NapLadder and allow notifications. Reminders are scheduled on your device and can also be turned off in NapLadder Settings.
Care Circle requires an available iCloud account, iCloud Drive, and network access. The owner prepares the invitation and controls the private Apple sharing sheet. Public sharing is disabled.
Use Restore Purchases in NapLadder Settings. Manage or cancel an active subscription in iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Deleting NapLadder does not cancel a subscription.
Open Settings → Language inside NapLadder. The app includes 32 languages and updates visible app copy immediately after selection.
