Common questions
Subscription prices are not loading
Confirm you are online and signed into the App Store, then reopen the paywall or use Retry. Rigfolio displays the live localized prices returned by Apple; it does not hard-code a checkout price.
I already subscribed
Open Settings → Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple Account subscription settings.
How do offer codes work?
Open Settings → Redeem Code or use Redeem Code on the paywall. Apple presents and validates the redemption sheet. Availability depends on active App Store offers.
What does iCloud sync?
Premium can sync the structured rig and session record through your private iCloud key-value store. Rig photos remain local in this version, so keep the originals you may need on another device.
How do I export or delete my data?
Premium users can export PDF or CSV from Settings. You can delete individual rigs, reset personal data in Settings, or delete the app. Deleting the app does not cancel an Apple subscription.
