Why is voice capture unavailable?
Open iOS Settings and allow Microphone and Speech Recognition access for ShowScribe. Availability can also depend on your device, selected language, connection, and Apple speech services. Manual entry remains available.
Can I edit an AI result?
Yes. Structured notes, comparison recaps, and follow-up drafts are reviewable and editable. Check names, figures, property details, and next actions before relying on or sharing them.
Does ShowScribe send messages to my buyers?
No. Copy, Share, and PDF export happen only after you choose them. The app does not automatically contact buyers or sync private reactions to an MLS or CRM.
How do I restore or cancel a subscription?
Use Restore Purchases inside ShowScribe if premium access is missing. Manage or cancel an active subscription in iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
How do I remove my records?
Delete individual buyers or showings in the app where available. Removing the app also removes its local data unless it is included in an Apple-managed device backup. Contact support for an analytics privacy request.
